In 2019 the culinary story of Ceylon began with inspiration brought back from travels across Sri Lanka. That experience became the basis of a singular gastronomic journey. Today, several years on, the space is being relaunched: its philosophical core kept, its form entirely renewed. The result is a harmonious transformation — a new design, a rethought menu and a heightened tropical-island atmosphere, all of it filling familiar walls with new energy.

The aim of the transformation was to create a true oasis of island life in the very heart of Nizhny Novgorod. Guests are met by the tropics, where every element of the interior and the service is there to carry the feeling of a serene life by the ocean. This space, filled with new energy, became the visual and conceptual continuation of the “endless island” idea.
